PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, FEES APPLY.
Can I return my order? Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- All corresponding parts, components, and packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when the product arrived.
- Evidence of normal handling is required; breakages resulting from improper handling will not be accepted for return.
- Products requiring hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- Faulty products must be identified immediately upon receipt for eligibility for return.
- Shipping costs may be charged to the customer as per our policy.
- Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and confirmation will be provided if all conditions are met within this timeframe.
*We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must initiate the return process as follows: -Send an email to: help@logan-toronto.com -Make sure the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First and last name of the customer
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never return the return to the sender. We will send you the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within 3 hours from the time your order has been placed. Cancellations cannot be processed beyond this period. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be possible, and the standard return policy will apply.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
A. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS Right of withdrawal The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until the delivery is made, so a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at Logan Toronto, by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The buyer bears the return costs.
Recording for shipments in transit Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your withdrawal.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
**ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
